Employment Law Scheme

We are able to offer our clients access to Empact - our Employment Law Scheme for businesses of all sizes. Empact has been designed by us to provide employers with cost effective and cost controlled assurance in dealing with employment law issues.
 
The scheme provides the following steps:
  1. A fixed price audit of your employment contracts, policies, procedures and documentation
  2. Provision of corrected and updated documentation for a fixed fee
  3. Solicitor staffed subscription helpline on employment issues
  4. Insurance backed protection (provided by DAS Legal Protection, a member of the General Insurance Council) against employment related claims
Employers can select for Steps 1 2 and 3 without Step 4; but commitment to those steps provides the gateway to Step 4. Step 4 is subject to acceptance of a proposal submitted to DAS and insurance premiums are subject to insurance premium tax.
