Hello and welcome to the Dispute Resolution area of the Berwins Solicitor’s website.
My name is Emma Farrell and I am the head of the DR team.Unfortunately we often do not have control over when we will find ourselves in
a dispute, whether in our personal lives or at work. What we can control, however,
is how we deal with any disputes that do arise. Here at Berwins we pride ourselves
on not just finding the “legal” answer for our clients, but rather the solution
