BERWINS FOR BUSINESS is a specialist service provided for developing businesses by, Berwins. From our wide experience in advising business we have identified particular needs which, we believe, developing business have.
 
BERWINS provide a service which aims to be innovative in style, technically excellent, and exceptional in the quality and care given to its work and the delivery of its services; its commitment to these precepts has been recognised by the award of Investors in People certification, as well as the Law Society's own practice management standard, Lexcel.
 
BERWINS FOR BUSINESS provides:
  • An initial free diagnostic meeting, of up to 45 minutes, where we will discuss the nature of the business, and seek to identify its needs.
  • A free report of the outcome and findings of the meeting, with explanatory material and recommended steps.
  • A "menu" to accompany the recommended steps, giving fixed fees for the main items, allowing the businesses to choose and prioritise between them.
  • Where we feel that a business has real prospects, a payment arrangement comprising an initial payment - to establish the business' serious intent - followed by a moratorium of three months for the submission of further bills, to assist the business in its initial cashflow.
If more work needs to be done beyond the three month period, then we will put in place a monthly billing arrangement to avoid the fear of large indebtedness building up.
