Welcome to the Agricultural web area of the Berwins’ Solicitors’ website. My
name is John Barrett and I am a member of Berwins’ Wills Trusts and Probate Unit,
the Agricultural Unit and a consultant at Berwins. My prime role within the Unit
is to provide guidance to farmers as to the most effective way to pass their assets
to the next generation either by way of lifetime gifts and/or use of well structured
Wills. Between myself and the other team members we have over 70 years’ experience
